Pro's - two main pockets with medium cushion for the computer, slot for notebook and a roomy pouch for cords, pens, lunch, water bottle, etc. I find that I can stuff this bag and then carry it on my back. Cons - I mention that it's a little pricey because the top handle and strap are poor quality and given the simplicity of the design and features I would expect the price point to be ~$75. I'm fine with the purchase and I like the fact that it's not the same bag that everyone is carrying.
