(More customer reviews)Decent to Very Good. Quality of the canvas, and arrangement/volume of storage compartments are excellent. I ride a motorcycle, so need a sturdy, waterproof bag. Haven't moved into the rainy season here in Seattle, we'll see. I only have 2 real gripes with the bag:
1- I wish it had a 3rd point of contact from the bottom righ hand side (when worn across shoulder) connecting up to the shoulder stap for a more positive control of the bag. (I had a "Buell" bag with this feature that was stolen and have yet to find an equivilent).
2- The left hand (when worn) strap loop (long rectangular plastic) keeps twisting so that instead of being flat with the sewn-in strap and the adjustable shoulder strap nice and smooth, it turns so the straps are scruntched up, and the strap lengthens just a bit.
With that said, I still think this is a pretty good product, one of the best out there, I just have very high standards for what I want in a long distance motorcycle messenger bag (I don't want to get a backpack, or use my saddle bags, because when I get to work this becomes my briefcase, so I want it to maintain a bit of a professional look)

(More customer reviews)This is a great bag! It is tough and can take a beating! It isn't too large but it can pack a lot. I do wish it had a strap to hang from my shoulder or across the body, but it is still great! It has two large zippered pockets inside. Along with alot of pockets on the outside, so your stuff is well organized and in easy reach. It is made out of thick material and seems like it will last a really long time. I haven't tried it out in the rain, but I don't think it can withstand too much water, but it is canvas after all. I love the way it looks, and I get compliments on it all the time when I use it. I can't wait to use it when traveling to the West Coast in July! I am able to fit a weeks worth of clothes in it, along with a hoodie, and a thin blanket, a tolietry kit, my travel papers, and other small things that I needed along the way. (Chargers for phone, ipod, Etc.) I also threw a smaller bag inside to use as a run around bag when I get to where I'm going and I was able to fit all of that and a few shirts and few small items I got as gifts. I recommend this bag for anyone!

Smooth leather dresses up or down, fits even over a coat but still comfortable over a tee, and big enough to fit necessities plus a book (or a sandwich, but I'm move likely to carry a book). Then after about three weeks of very light use (from the house to the car to the parking lot at work and to the office) it started to fall apart. There are loose threads everywhere, one of the velcro pads fell off, and the one corner is fraying badly. Return policy says too bad: everything has to be returned in original condition and within 30 days.

However I was in a tight moment there (I needed to have this bag for a commissioner and she dearly wanted the smoke one) so I buckled down and bought it. The bag itself is great though, sturdy, a perfect size for carrying sketchbooks, a laptop, textbooks, and all sorts of stuff.
