(More customer reviews)I purchased this bag for my husband and he absolutely loves it. It's got kind of a vintage look/feel to it and is very cool looking. Just fyi... the material is rough feeling & does NOT feel like smooth leather. It's a pretty good size bag and has several compartments. It's also got a cushion pad on the strap so it's comfortable to carry.
The ONLY bad thing about this purchase was the company who shipped it. It took a long time to ship and when I e-mailed them about it, their customer service was not very helpful. Other than that, I highly recommend it... definitely worth the money!

(More customer reviews)I was looking for an eye-catching messenger bag that I could use for ANY occasion, business or casual, and I am quite pleased with this bag. When I first opened the packaging, I felt like the leather was slightly on the dry side... but after a few rounds of moisturizer and wax, it greatly improved the texture. The leather is thick... albeit sensitive... so it WILL show wear marks after a few months of use... but I think that is just as much a benefit as a con as the bag is designed to have a 'retro' look/feel to it.
It fits a couple books, some newspapers and an ipad quite nicely, I even carry around my 15" MacBook Pro around in it as well from time to time-- and its a great fit. The buckles on the front are well-designed and easy to open.
The only thing I really have to say negative about the bag is that it could have been designed just a bit better for laptop use (one of the primary uses of most messenger bags... for guys at least). The problem is that there is this large metal 'carabiner' of sorts on the interior of the bag (you can see it connected to the bright-red strap in the photo) that WILL SCRATCH your laptop if you are not careful. I usually just carry around a newspaper and use that as a 'buffer', but it is a poorly-thought placement of a large metal object. You could always cut that red strap off if it really bothers you... but I hate doing that to a bag of this quality.
4 months later... I'm still very pleased with my decision... and I think u will be too.

(More customer reviews)I saw this item that looked perfect. I have an old LLBEAN bag that is getting a bit worn and I thought I would get a cool messenger bag for my new MAC laptop. The bag looks supple and casual as opposed to business-like and formal. The big flap attracted me and the price was very attractive. The problem is that while the shape and style are accurately portrayed, it looks cheesy in person. The leather is rough, not finished very well, and not lined, it feels cheap and just appears to be the inexpensive bag it is. I should have know from the price. On the bright side, the people are really nice. I returned it no problem and got my refund in a timely manner.

Bag is pretty much cool looking. If you buyin this Columbian leather messenger bag be aware that is not possible to put laptop with screen size 15,6 inches inside bag. I read somewhere review about which laptop you can put it inside...It is unpossible and not working even with 15,6 and 15,4 inches screen sizes.
I hope you not gonna make same mistake like I am buying messenger bag for my laptop.

The interior has 4 slit pockets and one zipper pocket on the part that houses the laptop. I have a 15.6" laptop and it fits snuggly in the 16" compartment... not too snug where you can't get it out. The padding of the bag is great too. There is enough room, even with the laptop and interior pockets containing items to house a 1-inch binder!! The outside has a Velcro pocket on the back and two pockets on the front: one that is Velcro and big enough to store your mouse and the second that will hold the power cords. The bottom has two rubber feet that help it remain upright and from getting too dirty if you set it on the floor. This bag is designed well enough to keep you organized and looking good!! (More customer reviews)4.5 STARS! I ordered this after getting the runaround by another company on Amazon. Ordering this bag actually made me less mad about the other company screwing me because this bag is the same price, better quality, and better style.
Style: I enjoy mostly earthy colors such as green and brown when choosing cloths or accessories. This bag obviously fits that criteria. Its not over the top on style either. Its a nice simple, earthy, and professional looking bag.
Size: This bag seems to have a pretty standard size for messenger bags. I use this bag for school so I need a good amount of pockets for calculators, pens, pencils, highlighters, stapler, etc. And enough room to fit textbooks for my Engineering courses. There was enough room for my all my supplies, however it was a bear to fit in 2 of my large textbooks along with 2 notebooks, which was a little disappointing.
Material: The material is canvas and leather. The leather is nice but the canvas has a weird texture to it. Its not exactly a bad texture but it just feels a little weird. Also, when I received it, the bag had a little bit of a funky smell to it. I haven't noticed it as of late but that was one more thing that took me a little off guard.
Overall, I would recommend this bag to any person who want's a more professional looking messenger bag. But don't buy this if your expecting to cram a lot of books in it.

(More customer reviews)This messenger bag does what it's supposed to, it holds things and comes with a shoulder strap. I actually purchased this as an upgrade to a free Kenneth Cole bag I received with cologne. This bag however falls very short in comparison and that's a real shame considering this one cost money and typically I'm a huge fan of Kenneth Cole products. The outer flap is stiff so while carrying the bag it's a pain to slip anything into it. The outer pockets don't have much give although they do perfectly hold my Kindle. It also lacks a side pocket which I sorely miss for art supplies and pens. The inner pockets are all too small and awkward for easy access and most aren't big enough to fit anything at all. The inner lining, while being a cool orange color, feels like cheap plastic wrap. Overall it's a cool looking bag but get too close and it feels likes a fake display model of what it was intended to be.
