(More customer reviews)Although the product looks good in the photo, upon receipt it was noted that rather than a smooth exterior surface, it is tufted. However, the main complaint is in the construction of the product itself. After only 2 uses, one of the interior zippers failed to close. Furthermore, the exterior zippers are difficult to operate due to the wraparound design. Finally, the interior compartment is somewhat narrow, making it difficult for large items such as toothbrushes to fit properly, and the elastic bands used to secure small bottles are placed too high on the interior wall to be of any effective use.
