The luggage appears to be well-designed on the inside; however, when only a few things are packed for a short trip of four days, the luggage becomes impossible to zip. The inside and outside sippers break, that is, go off the zipper track completely, and only with great effort can the zippers be put back on their track. The bag must be zipped from the inside in order to close the outside. The outside construction actually has two flaps, one at the bottom of each side, forming a small L. This L makes closing the garment bag impossible. The bag has to be opened and re-packed many times in order that the outside and inside zippers reach a magical union.
