(More customer reviews)First time I used this suitcase, the front bottom panel shattered at the wheel base. Either it was dropped on one of the front wheels during baggage handling, or another suitcase fell on it.
Fortunately, it held together well enough and nothing came out the resulting 18 inch gash. However, the structural integrity is lost, and it won't roll without tipping over.
