(More customer reviews)firstly, let me say i don't blame amazon.com for this insanity. i've ordered several things from them in the past and have always been satisfied. i was asked to review this product so here goes: i ordered this bag through amazon.com, but it came from a separate website entitled "ebags.com" this was supposed to be a birthday gift for myself from my boyfriend. he knows i'm picky so he gave me some money, and i ordered this with it. when it FINALLY came, it was the WRONG bag. i ordered the book tote because i'm currently in nursing school and have a million things i have to carry back and forth to the classroom and the hospital on clinical days. what i received was an overnight bag. yay. as it turns out however, the bag is very cheaply made anyway and the material probably wouldn't last very long with all the things i have to carry. however, this is not the end of the story. the book tote was 31 dollars...the thing that came was only 27...i realize that's not very much...but it sort of still matters...you know? so i called the company (ebags.com) and they informed me that they were of course, VERY SORRY...and that the only thing they could do was send me a shipping label so it could be returned to them and once it was returned they would credit my bank account the money back. so he sent me a shipping label, i printed it out..packed the thing back into the box and taped the shipping label on the box. went to the post office to the fedex drop off point and the box wouldn't fit. so i asked inside what i should do and they told me i would just have to be at the post office at five o'clock and give it to the fedex man. so i came back at five, waited around...he finally showed up. rude as can be, he informed me that the label said fedex GROUND and he was fedex AIR and i quote, "i don't even work for them!!" end whiny voiced quote. so i called and called around, tried to get fedex to come to my house and pick it up and finally after much wasted time was informed that the only way i could send it is if i drive 30 miles to the nearest fedex store this is specifically "ground." so yeah...the bag sucked. and i'm not just saying that because i got the wrong one. the material is cheap, and after much pondering i think that this line of bags, luggage, etc is marketed for children...meanwhile it does not mention that ANYWHERE online. as of right now, it's sitting on my kitchen counter, still taped up in the box. i guess i will not be returning it. we have a big trip to go on in october so i'm thinking of just keeping it for my 3 year old daughter's clothing. thank you ebags, EPIC BIRTHDAY FAIL.
