(More customer reviews)I absolutely love this backpack. Rolls great, can wear as backpack, looks good. Only problem is the handle breaks so easily. My first bag went through ultimate handles. Lost the first handle on a flight from Iceland, and the airlines paid to fix it. Broke again in South America, got it fixed in Chile. Broke again before I got back. Also the zipper on the laptop pocket and on the day pack also broke. These are all covered by a lifetime warranty, and when I took it in to get repaired, they decided to give me a new one instead. Handle broke on an Air Asia flight to Singapore. Got a new handle in that broke again before I left. Got another handle in Bolivia and it lasted a month or so. Currently pulling it using a clothes hanger. Trying to find a place to get it fixed in my current spot. Love the bag, but definitely struggled with the handle.
