It fits well in most lockers and has MEGA room for all your towels and other needs. There is even a bottom compartment (under the main compartment) accessed by another zipper area, that you can have dress clothes that is NOT in contact with your gym stuff so you will be ready to head back to work with no need to head home. It does take a little getting used to walking with it on your shoulder (bumping into stuff because of it's size), but all in all a well made and top quality bag for an active lifestyle. I recommend it.
