The capacity easily fits a week's worth of clothing, including gym clothes and gym shoes. If you really cram things in, you can pack for a week and a weekend. The bag is lightweight, very easy to maneuver and narrow enough to roll down a small plane's aisle. The wheels work smoothly, and the soft handle at the top of the bag makes it very easy to lift.
But what really sets this bag apart is the duffel top. I have been on many flights where my co-workers had to gate-check their rectangular rollaboards, because there was not enough bin space. This thing is compressible, and is easy to cram into any bin space you can find. If the flight attendants are checking bags as you board, just collapse the handle and carry it like a duffel - they let me bring it on! And on one very crowded flight, I was even able to fit it under the seat ahead of mine.
The bag is very durable. I used it nearly every week for 4 years, and it is still in great condition to use for personal travel now. The soft handle at the top of the bag started to pull a few stitches, but one quick repair and it's good as new.
Many times, co-workers asked me about where to get a soft-top bag like this, and I always recommended it. If you are a frequent traveler, I cannot recommend this bag highly enough!
