(More customer reviews)At first I thought it was fantastic. Used to fly down to Lima, got to Lima, luggage in great shape, a little scuffed up, but no real damage. On the way back from Lima I was selected for additional screening in Houston. Well, I reach down to place my luggage onto the conveyor belt for screening and the handle popped right off in my hand. It was not packet heavy, it is just that the handles suck. This was on the large piece. On the small one it about to break next time I use it. If you buy this, consider it disposable, one use and throw away. If I had to do it all over again, I would have bought something different.
