(More customer reviews)I purchased this product for a trip to Italy and was really counting on it working properly. It has so few parts so what could go wrong? Plenty went wrong, after weighing my bag a couple of times it ceased to work and once again I had to rely on the bathroom scale! Five weeks later after cooling off I took it apart and found the reset was completely unattached to the spring and there was a loose part found inside. Save you money and find a better product.
