(More customer reviews)I bought this bag for a California-France trip, and regret to say that once it arrived in Paris, the frame was broken right next to the handle on one side. No damage to contents, but rather sad to think that it's more frail than it appears. Spinner-style case is nice, though its ability to slide down non-level surfaces takes some getting used to for those of us who haven't used spinner bags in the past. Overall, a nice-looking bag, plenty of space. Perhaps better purchased for non-airline travel?
