(More customer reviews)This is a great carry-on! It fits a lot for a 20/21" hard shell. The only thing I dislike is that the hard shell scratches like nobody's bidness. I promise you, it will get scratched. I have found, however, I don't really mind a little wear and tear because it's not too noticeable with the pattern. It's super light weight and easy to roll around.
