(More customer reviews)I purchased this bag in September and have carried it every day since. Not only is it very attractive, it also is very functional and durable. I had an accident with it recently and my case was damaged. If it had been any other computer case, I am sure I would be having to purchase a new laptop, but my computer was undamaged.
When I contacted customer service, they had me -mail them a picture of the damage and a receipt and they immediately sent out a bag via Fed-Ex the next morning. If only more companies were able to offer products which exceed our expectations and provided a warranty and customer service to match it.
I will only buy Titan in the future for my suitcase and laptop needs. No matter what they charge, the product has proven to be worth every penny.
