(More customer reviews)After about a year of ownership, mine self destructed. One zipper handle broke. Another jammed in place completely. And, one of the wheels came out of its track. I find this level of breakage unusual.
I contacted the warranty people, and they said that, without the "original store receipt", I would get no service. Needless to say, I have no choice but to throw the case away.
So, if you buy one, be sure your record-keeping is flawless. You will probably need it.
As for me, I'm going to a manufacturer who stands behind its products -- with or without the paperwork.
