Pros: Multiple zippered pockets
Wide enough to hold my various professional and personal paraphernalia
Wide enough to stand up without falling over
Cons: No additional padded shoulder strap
Update: Additional comment on the straps. The picture is a little misleading. The straps are quite long enough to put over the shoulder; on me there's about 5" or 6" inches between the top of the bag and my armpit. And there's no clumsy extra longways strap to get in the way. I've just used this bag for a professional conference, carrying my netbook in addition to my usual stuff. This is when padded straps would have been welcome. Still, I am very happy with the bag, and recommend it for people who like to organize their bags so they can go directly to the exact pocket or compartment to retrieve what they want.
