(More customer reviews)using it every day- slot for laptop is very tight fitting - tore within two months of m-F use-- recommend use main compartment for laptopm unless no other option. Balanced and easy on the arms and back up the stairs for creaky nearly 60-yr old, better than straining the shoulders and elbows.
