It has nice amount of pockets for organization: 3 outer pockets and 3 inner pockets. The three outer pockets are: pocket under the front flap with magnetic closure, side zip pocket insulated for botttl/sippy cup, and a zipper pocket above the front flap. The three inner pockets are 2 elasticized pockets and 1 zippered pocket.I love that this smaller bag still has a built in insulated bottle holder, easily accessible without opening the main compartment. I love this bag for short errands. The only thing I don't like is the chocolate lining. I generally like light-colored lining for my purses. But since this is not a huge bag, it is not hard to find things inside.
