(More customer reviews)This is the perfect size, holds everything I need, rolls nicely, BUT the zipper started separating from the fabric in less than a month. The manufacturer has not been responsive, doesn't return phone calls or e-mails. I had to go through the seller to get any action and that took 2 weeks to get a response from Swany. I'm still waiting for their verdict on if they will replace or refund.
At this price, I expect to get more than a month's use out of a product.
Added 11/7: Thanks to Going in Style for sending me a new briefcase! Going in Style really made a difference in my receiving a response from Swany.
