After going to Mexico this summer and traveling through the airport with my old luggage, one being a rolling bag and the other being a shoulder bag, my shoulder was really hurting. I needed a bag that I could also use as a backpack as well as store under the seat. This bag did the trick. With 2 bags in one and both being backpacks it was just what I needed. They are sturdy but a lot lighter than my other bags. They are also easier to stow in the overhead compartment. All I can say is that I love the bag and will being traveling with it for a long time.

Your excuse to stay longer has just arrived with the High Sierra carry-on wheeled backpack. The bag is adaptable enough for virtually any skiing or snowboarding trip, with a recessed, telescoping handle and inline skate wheels for rolling through airport concourses and hidden backpack straps for strolling across rough city streets. Even better, the pack's front section also zips off and converts into a separate daypack, so you can take small day trips without hauling your entire bag along. The removable daypack is every bit as versatile as most traditional daypacks, with a pocket for a hydration reservoir (not included), dual side water bottle pockets, S-shaped shoulder straps with Collar-Comfort edges, a neoprene MP3 player pocket, an open mesh cell phone/media pocket, and a built-in organizer that holds pens, keys, and more.
The main bag is no slouch either, with a large main compartment with a book-style opening and interior clothing straps that accommodate everything from snow pants to ski or snowboard boots (up to size 13). Other features include ergonomic Sure-Grip molded grab handles with neoprene padding and an adjustable tow strap for attaching additional gear. Designed to meet airline carry-on requirements with the front daypack removed, the bag measures 14 by 22 by 9 inches (W x H x D) and carries a five-year warranty.
