(More customer reviews)I'm a pilot for an airline that forces us to put our bags in the overhead bin with passenger bags, resulting in frequent stolen/mistakenly-taken bags. After the company refused to pay for my stolen laptop (taken when my bag was removed from the plane by a passenger), I bought several of these for myself and friends and have had no such theft since. The double loop configuration is perfect for our situation, and keeps the bag safe from all but the most determined thieves (determined enough to have gotten cable cutters through security, for instance). I'll post a pic to show how it works on the Embraer overhead bin.
One of the locks failed, by the way, and we had to have a TSA agent come to the plane with his key (007), which also failed to open the lock. We cut the lock off with a giant bolt cutter, and advised Amazon. The lock was replaced before we could even send the failed one back, and we've had no problem since. Kudos, Amazon.

I have purchased 4 of these. They are great for when the kids come home for the holidays. We have gone from 4 to 7, and all their luggage. They were a great help since the kids did not have to put their bags on the beds to get to them.

(More customer reviews)This is for the lock set, the luggage tag and the locker toiletry kit--none which could possibly receive less than a 5-star rating (I'd give more if I could). All are superbly designed and crafted and extremely functional. I have matched them with the 25" wheeled bag in red and a vertical shoulder bag and am impressed at my wisdom every time I get them out. The quality and workmanship, alone, justify the higher price--functionality, appearance, design, etc are bonuses! I am having trouble setting a new combination on the lockset, but attribute that more to user error than manufacturer defect just because of all the other quality

Delsey Helium Fusion Lite 2.0 Trolley Tote Review

(More customer reviews)I have the Fusion Lite 2.0 25" roller, and loved it, so I figured this would be just as good. I was wrong.
The two good things I found... one was the handle length - they got this right, and it is a saver. The other is the wheels - this thing rolls and tracks like it's made to go the distance. And it balances on its wheels and foot OK.
Then why only the dreaded one star???
One, it's cheap. The inside lining is held up by ONE small piece of velcro. It looks like a $10 flea market special, not a Delsey. There is absolutely NO padding whatsoever in it, bottom, back, sides, nada, so scratch EVER putting your laptop or something you don't want damaged when it drops or jars on a crack in the sidewalk. The zippers - stick. Bad. There are NO internal compartments in the main bag, and one flimsy net in the pocket. NO other pockets, storage, nyet!!! Worse, it's set up so you can't use the space where the handle goes thru. The pocket access on the front is small and hard to use...
Sure, it looks nice, and rolls well, but if it's dysfunctional (which it is), it's worthless. I'll stick to my ancient Kensington Contour Roller - while the handle on it is flimsy, at least I can USE it!!! (OH YEAH, the Kensington weighs the same as this thing... what's with that??)
Bottom line - a poorly designed and thought out bag, that IMO is not worth the price. Either get a Kensington or some other FUNCTIONAL roller, or go to the flea market and get a $10 roller that COSTS $10.

(More customer reviews)Do NOT buy a SwissGear bag unless you want the fixed handle to fall off the first time you use it, like it did with me, even though it was NOT over packed. AND when you call the manufacturer to tell them it was defective, 'customer service' (what a misnomer) requires YOU to pay to ship it back to them to fix it or replace it. It's an over sized item and will require a huge box - think of the hassle and expense just to return it to them! So if you pay $119.99 for the bag for example and it falls apart the first time you use it, then you earn the privilege to pay another $40 to ship it back to them and in the end, you still end up with one that will likely fall apart, but now you've paid $160 for it. It's "SwissGear" that's made in China.

Kipling Eldorado Small Shoulder Bag Review

(More customer reviews)I loooove this bag. I spent days looking for a small cross-body bag that would fit my phone and a few other items. Despite the price, I decided to purchase this one, and I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised when I started using it.
It holds everything I need without getting heavy or bulky. The zippers and velcro closures seem very sturdy. The strap is wide enough to not hurt my neck or shoulder and it is very easy to adjust. The bag sits comfortably on my hip (or on my lap if I'm sitting) and it doesn't get on the way.
In the front zippered bag I put my HTC Incredible with case and a pack of tissues. My phone is easily accessible and I have no problem retrieving it when it rings.
In the front pocket I put my wallet and keys. Also very easy to reach.
The back zippered pocket is large enough to fit a small planner, two small containers with hand cream and hand sanitizer, a pack of gum, a pocket mirror, a lipgloss, and my sunglasses. This pocket is not very easily accessible because the zipper is behind the shoulder strap, but I don't mind because I only need this items occasionally.
The middle pocket is designed to hold cards but I don't trust it because it doesn't seem very secure (that's why I use my wallet instead). I use this space to hold a usb stick, an ipod nano and earphones, a pen, and other random items that I rarely use like coupons and wipes.
The only con is that it doesn't have a secured pocket for small items like earrings or loose change.
The color in the picture of the "true blue" is deceiving. I was expecting it to be a bit brighter and slightly washed out, but it's a very dark blue, almost black. It's a pretty color, but it looks more "formal" than what I expected. I suggest you google the name and color to see what it really looks like.
Bottomline: this is a very useful and cute bag.

A key tab and a little zip back on a leash. Two zip pockets inside and pockets for cell phone and elastic for pens. Wipe off material. Waterproof. Handles are large enough to go over your shoulder while wearing a coat. Functional and versatile but chic styling and colors. The hardware, rivets etc. does not make the bag heavy.
