(More customer reviews)Even at first glance, I knew the materials of this bag weren't great, but I thought I would stick with it because the design was functional. But the first one I bought split open at a seam on the third trip I made with it. The company replaced it without charge, so I was pleased. Then the handle on the new one stopped working after the second or third trip with it. It pulls out only about halfway. I won't buy any more luggage via Rick Steves.
