1. the case is really small and tight, impossible to fit a large laptop.
2. Very uncomfortable to pull from behind (something to do with how the wheels roll - they are not meant to be used in a titled position or something.
3. VERY PAINFUL to use on all four wheel. The way the forces work on the wrist if you try to push it on all four caused my wrist to inflame! So the "spin and push" aspect that i paid for is useless.... For the pain causing torque to go away, you have to push the thing in a very specific angle and you can't hold the handle but one of the two collapsable columns that holds the handle.
Do not buy.
