This passport cover was designed as a generic passport cover, and as a result, it is almost oversized for a U.S. passport. The lining material is stiff and crinkles when you close the cover.
If you are giving this as a gift-- pass on this and go for something more expensive. If, on the other hand, you want the most inexpensive passport cover available, this is it.
