(More customer reviews)I already had the 21" version, wanted a bigger bag to check. Shopped around, wound up buying this one and very happy I did. Durable, good construction. The flex compartments are very convenient. Great deal. Only minor comment is the luggage tag slot is very loose. When the zipper is open and the handle extended, my name tag was lost at some point so I'll need to get a separate luggage tag.
