(More customer reviews)I bought the set of this type for my husband. Yes, he travels a lot. But less than a year into owning them, the wheels on two of his suitcases are coming off. We took them to a repair shop, and they can't replace them. We're just going to have to buy a new set of suitcases.
I was so excited about having spinners (they're so much easier to deal with!!), but since International Traveller doesn't seem to make any replacement parts, and since their parts are apparently an odd size, we just will have to junk the two cases in the set (the two biggest ones) that are done for.
I guess that's what we get when buying cheap stuff... but the least they could do is use a standardized wheel.
Otherwise, the suitcases are light, and the actual case is durable - but that just makes it more frustrating to have to junk them due to crappy wheels!!
