(More customer reviews)Followed the instructions to the letter but I just can not get the lock to work, i.e. to allocate a new 3 digit combination. The screw at the bottom that needs to be turned anti clock wise after setting the combination to 0 0 0 (for first time use)will not budget even after pressing it down. The only reason to give this a 2 * is because it looks and feels good. So much for Swiss technology. Please help me out some one.
