It has a total of 13 pockets plus the main compartment and the compartment for your laptop. Just wanted to point that out because someone mentioned that this bag doesn't have enough pockets for him.
If you don't use it as a backpack, the overhanging end of the shoulder strap does look funny, but it doesn't bother me at all.
Another thing I wanted to point out is the zipper on the computer compartment. I have the same kind of zipper on my backpack that I use when I mountain bike. It has been through rain and mud and has not let any water in. I feel much better about it than a regular zipper that most of the other cases have.
In short, I'm glad I bought this bag after looking at Timbuk2, Crumpler, Chrome, and other brands. And yes, I would buy it again.
