(More customer reviews)I've a Dell Inspiron 8200, with 15" LCD. The laptop fits quite nicely in the main space. However, don't expect the AC adapter will fit along with the laptop, there isn't much room left.
You may find this info useful: The inside Width x Length x Depth for laptop space is 15.3" x 11.2" x 2.5"
the thickness of the whole bag is about 6"
There're a lot of small compartments inside the bag, but i found them not very useful. All in all, i still like this bag =)

PEGASUS from SwissGear by Wenger Computer Backpack Review

(More customer reviews)This bag is almost perfect. It has some rigidity to it so it can stand on its own which is helpful when you put it down. I sometimes have to carry 2 laptops and it does so perfectly (15.4" and 17"). The size is perfect, not like I'm going to trek over into the Amazon but can provide more than ample room for all sorts of activites/travel. The trend is towards too many compartments and sub-compartments/pockets, but once you get used to it, finding things become very easy. The Zippers work well, the padding and straps are excellent, and as a professional, this bag has a very high-tech, quality professional look to it. Weight is not feathery but is reasonable given its semi-rigid structure and excellent protection. The outer top loop has a nice feel and detail to it when you to lift it up by the loop. Its very balanced on my shoulders and reduces fatigue = important since I travel a lot by air and by motorcycle with it.
My single complaint is that it does not have a lower band or strap which allows it to securely wraparound a roll-on luggage's handle - useful when airporting around.
I probably need a life, but this bag has improved the quality of it immensely. The other excellent bags are the Synergy (same price) or the Maxuum (slightly cheaper), both by Swissgear but I don't think anyone makes a better functional or aesthetic bag than the Wegner Swissgear folks!

Victorinox WT Digital Pack Review

(More customer reviews)I'm a student. I use a backpack everyday and here are a few of the things I've noticed having used this backpack for a month and a half.
Strengths:
-Great laptop pocket. Big enough for 15" laptop. Nicely cushioned with sturdy strap.
-The overall weight of the bag is noticeably lighter than other backpacks I've owned while carrying the same load. In addition, this backpack is fairly roomy.
-The pack looks good. It is sleek and attractive.
-It wears comfortably. The back padding is soft. The straps are small, but yet do offer good support when carrying a full pack.
-The inner lining is some kind of nylon-like material. It seems sturdier than past Victorinox bags I've owned.
-The pockets are of useful size and function. I don't really use the file folder pocket, but I do regularly use the organizational pocket and the front pocket.
Weaknesses:
-The zip away water bottle was a mystery from online pictures and descriptions. Basically, you can make the pocket disappear by zipping it closed or open it and put a water bottle in the stretchy mesh. It is not big enough for a 32 oz. Nalgene bottle. It can fit bottles that are slimmer at the bottom. I wish there were two of them though. I like to carry a bottle of water and a coffee mug at the same time and now am forced to choose.
-Not really a great bag to use for hiking or outdoors type stuff. If you are looking for a hiking daypack and school/work pack multi-purpose pack, then you might want to try something else. This is better suited just for school/work and light outdoor use.
I received this bag when my old Victorinox bag began to fall apart. I called customer service and they replaced my 5-year old bag with this one even though this bag was a $45 upgrade from the original price of mine. The lifetime warranty is a plus as well.
This bag is better designed, more functional, and nicer looking than previous Victorinox bags. I chose to use it over a North Face backpack I have as well. I think for those looking for a school/work bag it is a great choice.

Swissgear Lightweight Lugano Upright Luggage Collection - Red (28") Review

(More customer reviews)After about a year of ownership, mine self destructed. One zipper handle broke. Another jammed in place completely. And, one of the wheels came out of its track. I find this level of breakage unusual.
I contacted the warranty people, and they said that, without the "original store receipt", I would get no service. Needless to say, I have no choice but to throw the case away.
So, if you buy one, be sure your record-keeping is flawless. You will probably need it.
As for me, I'm going to a manufacturer who stands behind its products -- with or without the paperwork.

Wenger Swiss Army Lucerne Lite 2-Pack Tote Bag Review

Swiss 28" Upright Suitcase - Pewter Review

(More customer reviews)I've had this bag for about two months. Like the other review said, it gets dirty fast -- turns black from one or two trips on an airport luggage conveyor. On my second trip, one of the wheels broke off. I called Wenger (the manufacturer) at the number given by Target, only to be given a different number to call. THAT number gave me another different number to call. THAT number gave me yet another number to call. In short, NO ONE wants to service this junk, or even SELL me a wheel for it. Garbage.

Swiss Gear Zurich Upright - Black (20") Review
