(More customer reviews)I travel a lot. I bought this on a trip as my old leather passport wallet was disintegrating. This is nicely designed, holds passport, tickets, cash, about 7 credit cards/frequent flier cards, pen, and has a zippered see through cash/keys compartment. It zippers closed so nothing can fall out. I got the bright red version to make it less likely that I leave it sitting around at a counter or hotel room. My only gripe is that while it has attachment rings to fit a wrist or neck strap, no strap is provided. Small point as I don't tend to wear these things around my neck anyway. It is a bit thicker than my old leather wallet but it also holds more and holds it more securely. Overall this case looks like it will last for the next 10 years of vigorous use without any problem and it does have a lifetime warranty.

The only flaw in the design is that the passport slot is a bit too tight. If I continue to use it the way it is design to be it will ripped apart . The only way to preserve its longevity is to insert the passport in the slot intended for cash bills. This may be a slight flaw of design but this is fairly common in wallets ,that is why it is important to try to insert credit cards or other cards on those slot in the wallet that one may be interested to buy .This is common in those wallets sold in the sidewalk .

Travelon Leather Travel Wallet Review

Obviously it's very little, but it fits an amazing amount of "stuff", including my cellphone, bluetooth, $, credit/debit cards, license, and even a tube of lipstick. I originally purchased this because I plan to travel in a few months, so wanted something easy to carry while lugging all my belongings through the airport. There is a nice little slot for my boarding pass, license, (and passport if I needed it), and it will easily fit into my briefcase. (to conform to only 2 carry-ons!) The quality is excellent, and I have the option of using the strap around my shoulder or across the body; or I can remove the strap completely for use as a simple (but rather large for a pocketbook) wallet. If you're looking for a very convenient wallet that doubles as a small bag, this is it. I love the red color, too. It even has a little light attached to find the lock on your door at night! I highly recommend this product, and may actually purchase another one in a different color.

(More customer reviews)I took this thing to thailand for a whole month and it was fantastic. It was compact, had many interior pockets that are very secure for holding money, passport, IDs, etc. Front larger compartment is plenty large for a compact digital camera and the small thumb light it came with was very useful on many occasions on my trip. Back compartment is fully zipper enclosed on 3 sides and opens relatively easily and has slots for 4-5 cards/IDs. Also has zippered compartment for anything else (change etc). Large enough also to hold a digital camera however more snugly.
Outside was a canvasy material that was very smooth looking and not cheap apearing at all.
the cheapest looking things were the clips where the shoulder strap clips into the top of this thing however despite a month of wear and tear and substantial travel in and around thailand... it also survived the world's largest water fight during the thailand Song Kran newyears festival... this thing is pretty awesome. Definitely worth the money. Not stylish enough to use at home, but perfect for travel without looking like you have a fanny pack
Also, the strap can be shortened all the way and i often slung the thing around my waist similar to a fanny pack, but if you're very small and petite i wouldn't try it as it wasn't built for it, but i used it as such.
One other small con, the sleeve built for your drivers license over the flap of the front cover is a little loose. my ID never fell out until after I returned home when it somehow slipped out in my car.

Money, credit cards, and other small items (eyedrops, chapstick, etc.) are always within hand's reach, making it much more convenient than a wallet. After two years of constant use, it's held up extraordinarily well. The only issue is the velcro is starting to get a little "soft" and doesn't seal as well as it used to.

(More customer reviews)I first purchased this item when I was on a cruise to carry my key card. I hated carrying my purse around the ship and offten did not have pockets in my pants. This little pocket made it easy to carry the key card and some cash without the fear of loosing anything. There is a secure zipper that is a great feature for this product keeping your items inside.
I am also a nursing student going from one unfarmilar location to another. And on multiple occasions I have been asked by my clinical sights to leave bags, purses, and extras at home or in my car. With this little gadget I have been able to pack along some lunch money, a credit card, my drivers license and not worry that someone will be taking my stuff if I were to have brought a purse and left it in a back room somewhere.
I will never again worry where my stuff is...because it is with me and that is the best feeling.... not having to worry!
