(More customer reviews)Since I have never worn any type of security money holder before, I purchased two of these for myself and a family member to use on a European trip recently. Very comfortable to wear and did not show. In one case, the bra strap was too wide in places and we just tied it onto the strap ... it worked. However, we traveled in the Fall and were not wearng anything lightweight or sheer. On one occasion, the pouch wouldn't work with the bra and I tied it to the belt loop of my jeans and tucked it inside.
We put a debit card, credit card and some cash into the pouch mostly for emergencies, in case our purses were nabbed. It pays to think ahead though ... how will you access what you need from the pouch. It's awkward to reach into it and fumble around when in full view of others.
The flap closure is a bit awkward ... it seems that a flap with a snap closure would be more helpful. I am thinking of sewing a snap on the flap before I use it again. Altogether, I'm pleased with this item and found it served my need.

(More customer reviews)I've been using this for years. I keep my passport, credit card and extra cash in it. I've never used the belt loops, like in the picture. I have always used the clip to hold the pouch to my waistband on the inside of my pants. I've never had a problem with it rubbing on my leg, and although you can feel it, I've never been uncomfortable. My passport does get bent a little bit while sitting, but it's not damaged, and most of all it is safe from pickpockets. Credit card definitely gets bent, but it still swipes through okay. Once you get back home and keep your credit card in your wallet, the card straightens back out.
I give this product 5 stars because it's not a giant silly looking waist pouch. Nor is it a neck pouch that rubs on your chest, looks funny, and gives men an unfashionable cotton necklace. Also it deserves 5 stars because it works perfectly, it is the perfect size, the material lasts and it is a great way to hide your passport.

I think this is if the weather got hot I would perspire under the belt. After one trip the belt is worn looking at the back an the material is fraying. Also some thoght should be given to how to secure the loose strap to the money belt so this is not left hanging

(More customer reviews)The Eagle Creek Travel Gear Security Wallet I've purchased twice (the original was given away and I liked it so much I wanted to replace it). It is made of soft cloth material and all-plastic hardware so it does not cause any skin chafing and is light and comfortable. It has a zipper pocket for $, and some smaller pockets for receipts, etc. It easily holds multiple passport books (if traveling with family and one person is holding all documents). The neck strap is of light material so doesn't create a burden on your neck. This product is also thin (unless you stuff it full of contents) so it isn't easily noticeable underneath your shirt or blouse. There's pockets sized for credit cards, too. I can't think of how to improve this product other than maybe have a place for a small miniature writing pen. This product is highly recommended.
I have a hidden waist pouch product from the same manufacturer of similar material and I prefer this neck pouch as it's more easily accessible when traveling.

(More customer reviews)I traveled with this leg money belt for two weeks through London, Paris, and parts of Italy. I think it was an excellent purchase. I am on the slimmer side (5 feet, 9 inches and 130 pounds) and I did not have any trouble with the wallet sliding down my leg if I secured the velcro tightly around my leg. The money belt was quite comfortable and I often forgot that I was wearing it.
My only tiny complaint is that it is a bit awkward to get money out by lifting your pant leg up when you are purchasing something, and obviously, you cannot wear shorts or skirts and use this money belt.

(More customer reviews)I bought 2 of these for a 10-day trip to Paris, the pickpocket capital of Europe. My husband raves about this. He really preferred it over our original waist money belts.
These hang from your belt and are much more readily accessed.
We used these belt security pockets, plus around-the-neck security pockets for all of our cash/credit cards/passports, carrying only a small amount of cash in my purse (a Pacsafe Citysafe 200 which I modified. See: Pacsafe CitySafe 200 Anti-Theft Hand Bag. You can read my review titled "Coulda, shoulda, woulda" at that link.)
We heard tales of woe from other travelers who lost wallets or purses to light-fingered thieves, but we had no problems. I would highly recommend this security pouch for travel.

Also, perspiration condensed inside the plastic window. After 17 days in Europe, my passport got so bent up that it took about a dozen swipes of the scanner before Customs could read it.

(More customer reviews)I have actually bought this product and used it on a 2 week backpacking trip in Europe. I am a slim female. I liked the concept much more than traditional money belts and felt very safe while using it. HOWEVER, I would not recommend this product for many young women. If you wear jeans or pants that are tight at the thighs, like I do, then the outline of the wallet will clearly show. I used it for about half of my trip and by that time, I felt safe enough to discontinue using it.
It is big enough inside to fit a passport as well as money, cards, etc. The flaw is not in the design but simply that my pants are tight on the thighs and that doesn't work well with this product. I do recommend this to men and anyone who cannot stand a regular money belt but still wants security. It appears durable and is certainly functional. I will be using it again this summer, but only when I absolutely have to.

(More customer reviews)This fall I chose to study abroad, but I was worried about how I was going to carry my money with me. Since Italy is filled with pickpocketers and gypsies,yes gypsies, probably the worst pickpockets around, I had to make sure my money and other personal items were safe. The undercover security wallet is ideal for traveling and studying abroad. It is very lightweight and flexible so it forms to your body. I would like to say that you can't even tell that you're wearing it, but that would be a lie. This does not create a problem because it gives the sense of it still being there ensuring your money's safety. You still feel like you're wearing it, but for the most part it fits under any type of clothing and is hardly noticeable. My advice is to wear it around your waist, pulling the cord tighter and then put it inside your pants rather than wearing it around your neck. That way it is out of reach and is "on your person" at all times. Just make sure to not carry things you don't need with you because this will make it less bulky. Overall, this is a good product and I am so glad that I bought. Makes me feel safer knowing that someone cannot get my money or credit cards without going down my pants. I recommend to all travellers.
