(More customer reviews)After an absolutely horrible experience with the Samsonite X'ion 2 Spinner Tote 16", I turned to this bag, which solves the main problem -- instability -- of the other one.
The tradeoff is that it has a good deal less packing space, perhaps because of the configuration. It also has a laptop sleeve which is entirely useless for someone like me who carries a good laptop bag (Brenthaven Pro 15.4-17 Shoulder Case for MacBook Pro and Powerbook 15.4-17" - this thing is really wonderful, down to the zippers).
I doubt that this bag will work for long because of the lightweight zippers, but for now it's adequate.
