(More customer reviews)I ordered this in black online directly from Altman. They confirmed the order by e-mail but I heard nothing further. When I called they said it had shipped and would call back with tracking information. No one called back. I called again the next day to learn that the black was backordered for six weeks. I wonder how long I would have waited for this to arrive had I not called to inquire?
I then found a different B & R online, called to see if it was in stock, asked about this one and they had that too in black. I guess the phone continues to be good, at least if dealing with any operation other than Amazon.
