First off, I was so attracted to the GREEN color. Than it was the FREE SHIPPING! Everything here in hawaii is OUTRAGIOUS Where we live on Kauai. So, I LOVE amazon on a side note, because of their free shipping!
This is NOT a hard case, it's more of a shell sort of... you can sit on it, but it will dent down. I LOVE this luggage! I have used it on 3 trips now, with traveling between 2 airports EACH trip, so LOTS of banging around. It still looks great, still works great, and shipped immediately! I ordered on a Monday, and I got it Thursday! I got compliments in every airport and people with their tacky cloth older style luggage looked at mine in envy... VERY easy to see coming off the carosel. AWESOME item, and Im back to buy 1 more for my son! You wont be disapointed!
