(More customer reviews)I travel a lot and purchased this to replace my existing carry on which was ~8 years old and falling apart. Overall it looks like a quality bag however it is 22.5" and not 21". If you travel as much as I do you know that 21" will fit anywhere but once you start going beyond 21" you start getting into situations where your bag will not fit cleanly into an overhead bin on certain jets.
I've returned mine and am still looking for my new carry on replacement.
