(More customer reviews)It's just probably luck of the draw, but I bought two of these and one works perfectly and the second jammed closed almost immediately. I'm hoping the other won't jam while traveling. Other then that they look great and are relatively light and I love the cable (otherwise I would have given it just one star). Amazon, as always, is awesome and makes it relatively easy to return this item (for free since it's defective). They deserve 5 stars. But, it is always a hassle to return an item and I'd just as soon these things worked right first time, every time. The fact that the one jammed so quickly makes me a bit leery on the second one so I might return both.
