(More customer reviews)Rolling luggage is a must for air travel, and the first thing to fail on most rolling bags is the telescoping handle. I have gone through 2 rolling brief cases and 2 rolling duffel bags in the last 4 years that were all in good shape except for the handle. Once that breaks, the bag is useless because it is too heavy to carry any distance.
This simple velcro installed handle could have saved me $100 if I had found it earlier. One of these on the rolling duffel is a good replacement for the OEM handle. I wish they had a longer version for the rolling briefcase/backpack I use.
Highly recommended to save a piece of luggage with a broken handle. I have not had ergonomic issues with the OEM handles nor do I with this one, so I cannot comment on that issue.
