(More customer reviews)I purchased this bag to replace a DVF carry-on I got years ago that is no longer compliant with the carry-on size limit restrictions. Hartmann is a great brand and I was excited about the great price I got on this bag (I also purchased the 27" version). This bag has a lot of great features:
1 - it's incredibly compact and fits in the overhead bin, even on smaller (ie commuter-size) planes
2 - the hard sides give it a durable feel without being inflexible
3 - it's blue!
4 - four wheels make it very stable
5 - it's expandable for use in instances when you're more concerned about space than having to pay the checked bag fees (ie returning from a trip)
The suitcase comes with a shoe bag and a zippered case that looks like it was intended for neckties, but can hold flat items. There is a zippered pouch attached to the lining of the bag as well.
In all, a very stylish and well-made piece of travel equipment. I look forward to putting it to even more good use.
