(More customer reviews)The plastic cover is great - fits snugly over the suitcase and protects it from dirt and debris. I bought it to cover an expensive piece of Hartmann luggage and I'm glad I did. I've gotten many compliments on it from other travelers. It matches the expandable nature of the bag as well, which is a plus. The only downside - you can't get to the suitcase's outside pocket.
