(More customer reviews)I like this luggage very much, although I was looking to spend less. But it's quality luggage with 2 side compartments accessible from outside and 2 (or was it 3) more compartments from the inside. It is light, but I've had lighter rolling duffel models; however, this one has thicker lining so justifies the weight and maybe price as well. The material feels very durable. the 2 feet at the end is nice to allow it to free stand on its end. However, the base of the luggage doesn't have any feet so the fabric will contact ground when laid with base down. I would gladly pay someone to add the 2 extra base feet to make it more versatile. This luggage doesn't offer as much space inside as some other 22" models I've owned (height not as high as others and ends are pretty curved), but its balance is very good with little tendency to tip over to the side. The wheels are spread wide apart to give it max stability, which is great design. It rolls very smoothly and handle retracts very easily. the handle on front is super convenient for lifting bag down stairs after quick handle retract, something that i find so essential if you go up and down stairs during travel. It is much easier to carry on front handle than top handle when walking on stairs. Overall, highly recommend if you are a frequent traveler.
As another reviewer noted that it tipped over while free standing. Baggages like these require packing them differently: the heaviest items will be at the base near the wheels. This allows most of the weight close to the ground and be rolled rather than carried while pulling. It also creates a much more stable base that prevent tipping from side to side while pulling and tipping over while free standing. Since it is a light-weight bag, it's center of gravity is mainly controlled by what's inside the bag; therefore, it's important to keep the center of gravity as close to the ground as possible.
