(More customer reviews)This slim laptop case is functional, yet sleek, and professional, yet fun. Concerned about my 14.1" HP DV4 laptop not being sufficiently secure in this 15.4" case, I also bought a Case Logic 13.3" neoprene sleeve as extra laptop protection. When filled with my laptop in its sleeve, a letter-sized thin paper notebook, cell phone, and the laptop power cord, it's a very tight fit with some stress on the zippers and the cord causing a small bulge in the side of the case. That said, if I position the power cord box to take up the extra space at the side edge of the laptop, the case zips shut pretty easily and the bulge almost goes away. The handles and detachable shoulder strap are comfortable and sturdy. Valuable improvements would be a zipper-secured pocket on the outside for easy access to items like travel documents and ID, and a little more depth to better accommodate the power cord. I have used it on several domestic and international business trips and am very pleased with it. It is such a treat to have a laptop case that I can always find room for in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of me.

I wanted a bag that was big enough to function as a purse as well as something that I could carry my iPad, iPod Touch, camera, mini video camera and all my other gadgets in. This bag fits the bill! It is spacious and feels well made. The only downside would be the straps. I wish they were either slightly longer, like two to three inches or wish they were adjustable. I like to carry a bag on my shoulder and while it is possible to do that with this bag, it would be easier and more comfortable if the straps were adjustable or slightly longer. Otherwise great bag and perfect for any gadget lover!

The reviews for this one were excellent and the styling looked good, so I took a chance. The bag arrived two days ago and I'm totally in love with it. The quality of the materials is much better than I had expected. It feels luxurious in every way. It has lots of room, will protect my new laptop extremely well, and has many pockets and spaces for iPhone, cables, power supply, portable media, portable hard drive, pens, credit cards, everything I could have imagined. I'm already planning to use it for travel without the computer, since it's a great bag with or without the laptop. And I love the orange color I chose! I never write reviews, but I had to write this one. I highly recommend this bag.

Built NY 15" Laptop Sleeve - Stripe Review

(More customer reviews)I love the sleeve. This is an older model that is 13" to 15" but it does fit my new 15" macbook pro. It is a snug fit. I pinch the corner up to zip it closed and then put both zippers on one side of the sleeve rather than keep them in the middle.
I did want a tight fit because I am going to try to fit it into a Tom Bihn sling that has a place for a 15" laptop. I hope that it fits there because it will be very secure and safe.
I use the sleeve to place beneath the macbook when I am using it. This is to protect the bottom from scratches. I called Apple about which side to place next to the foam insert. I didn't know this but there is a nice foam insert inside the sleeve that I place next to the screen side of the macbook. Apparently this is the side that needs the most shock protection. I could have figured that but Apple did confirm that the screen does need more shock protection than the base.
I love the stripes and the sleeve being machine washable is oh so nice. Highly recommended.
