(More customer reviews)I wish there had been more photos of the product on Amazon so I could get a better idea of what the interior for this sleeve looked like. It's pretty much the exact same thing as an InCase sleeve, but cheaper and more environmentally friendly. The only thing about it so far is that since it's made of recycled plastics, the interior is a little bit rougher so it almost squeaks when the computer is in it.

I gave this product a 4 instead of a 5 because the sleeve fits so snugly that when I attempt to remove it...it's not as easy as slipping it in. You have to tug and pull. I frequently have to pull my laptop out of it's sleeve for airport security, and it slows me down a little. I usually have to use my teeth and hand to get my MacBook out. LOL. Overall though....great buy!

(More customer reviews)Well, I just upgraded my old Dell laptop and purchased a brand new 15.4 inch widescreen version. Love the laptop ... until I tried to find a suitable laptop sleeve. It seems my computer (Dell Studio 15) is just a tad bit wider than the norm, and despite best efforts in Best Buy, Brookstone, and a handful of other airport shops I couldn't find a sleeve that fit. The dimensions were always right, but the zipper seams provided for no flexibility, which I needed. After searching all about, I ran across this sleeve in Miami airport. I liked the look, the material seemed durable, with a bonus for the extra rubber padding on the corners. Best of all - my laptop actually fit inside! Unfortunately, that's when I looked at the price: $50! I balked, it seemed way too much, and walked away in hope of finding it online. At Amazon this is far more reasonably priced. I purchased it immediately and have been happy every since. This should be snug for most 15 inch notebooks, and if you're like me and have a slightly wider screen this is the one for you!

The charger fits in the back pocket (although it kind of bulges out) and the front zip pocket has room for random accessories to keep handy, it also contains two little compartments, one for pens or thumb drives and one flat clear one (for I don't know what, maybe an ID or something). I've been using this every day for a little less than a year and it still looks new and hasn't gotten dirty. The shoulder strap is removable and you can throw it in a backpack or something, while still having the padded support. This is a cute durable laptop case for everyday use.

Built NY 15" Laptop Sleeve - Stripe Review

(More customer reviews)I love the sleeve. This is an older model that is 13" to 15" but it does fit my new 15" macbook pro. It is a snug fit. I pinch the corner up to zip it closed and then put both zippers on one side of the sleeve rather than keep them in the middle.
I did want a tight fit because I am going to try to fit it into a Tom Bihn sling that has a place for a 15" laptop. I hope that it fits there because it will be very secure and safe.
I use the sleeve to place beneath the macbook when I am using it. This is to protect the bottom from scratches. I called Apple about which side to place next to the foam insert. I didn't know this but there is a nice foam insert inside the sleeve that I place next to the screen side of the macbook. Apparently this is the side that needs the most shock protection. I could have figured that but Apple did confirm that the screen does need more shock protection than the base.
I love the stripes and the sleeve being machine washable is oh so nice. Highly recommended.
