I live in NYC and having a wheel behind is a pain because the streets are so crowded that people would constantly trip over it and get mad at me. Then, they would say the wrong thing to D$ so I had to drop a few mofos. Well, needless to say, the law was not too happy with D$.
I needed a bag that I could carry over my shoulder to keep my wrap sheet under wraps, so I bought the High Sierra Colossus. Here's a breakdown of my boy, the Colossus:
PROS:
- Strong material
- Lightweight
- Plenty of side pouches
- Very comfortable shoulder strap
- Zipper separated lower compartment to keep pants/dress clothes separate
- Side pouch for dirty kicks
CONS:
- Too big
- No color
- No need for two side pouches, the extra plastic material rolled inside takes up space
- Not much of a frame to the bag, causes it to fold if not full
Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase, but I wish I had bought one size smaller. I also think that they went a little overboard with the separate compartments. You don't need a giant dirty shoe pouch on each side of the bag.
