(More customer reviews)I bought this backpack for school and upon receipt realized that, yes, it is sturdy and well built for carrying a leptop, but not large enough to carry any books with the laptop. I like the bag overall and have resorted to carrying my books in my arms instead of ina bag. If you don't have a need to carry around much else than your laptop, a folder, and a notebook, this bag is perfect. If you need to carry your books around keep searching.
