I purchased for a hospital bed &/or wheel chair, because this one just lays over the wheelchair arms or the rails on hospital bed. For this model, you must keep the weight balanced on both sides because the way it just lays over. It does not have the top weighted arm pad that keeps it in place, like some that I looked at. For what I needed, it was perfect. Very well made. Price was excellent. Received my order very quickly. I am very pleased with my purchase.
