(More customer reviews)I have two Austin House TSA locks. Neither works. With the most recent, I read the instructions, changed the combination and then could not get the darn thing to lock. After fussing a bit, it did lock....but neither the original 0-0-0 combination or the one I set work to open it. My advice: try it before you lock your suitcase with it!
