There are TWO MAJOR PROBLEMS - the case would be perfect if it was just another 1/2 to 1 inch taller - almost won't zip around my iPad. iPad will not fit at all with the Apple thin cover & now I must carry it separately. The other problem is the clips that hold the shoulder and hand straps. They don't stay tightly closed - BOTH KEEP FALLING OFF. I nearly lost one in an Airport. They should find out where Baggallini buys their clips - they never fail.
