(More customer reviews)I gave this backpack a 4 instead of 5 stars because it just doesn't have enough pockets to separate your items, or even a side pocket to store a drink. There is just one large separate pocket/compartment inside that is meant to store a laptop.
Other than that it's great. It made of a nice sturdy material and the straps are not too long or short, and easily adjustable to find the right fit. The straps also have a nice padding so they don't dig into your shoulders when you carry anything heavy. I have no regrets that I purchased this! -- thank you.
