(More customer reviews)Maybe I should have seen this coming, but...The package was delivered to the wrong address via FedEx. When my neighbors noticed the mistake that evening, they brought over the package, and my husband answered the door. The item arrived in a box with a huge logo down the front and a sticker on the side describing the make and model (there was even a picture.) Prompt delivery and great price, but the Christmas surprise for my husband is ruined. FedEx and the shipper could have used a little more common sense, especially this time of year. Most companies aren't so bold as to let everyone know exactly what's inside a shipped item to prevent theft. For a 200+ dollar piece of luggage I would expect more caution. Frustrated.
